Ett produktområde är smörjsystem och nu söker vi en ny kollega för att förstärka vår service till kunder i norra Sverige.

Serviceingenjör

I rollen som serviceingenjör får du vara en del av vårt team som arbetar för att leverera och installera innovativa smörjsystem hos våra kunder. Förutom dina kollegor inom service så består det interna kontaktnätet också av applikationsingenjörer, säljare, kundservice och produktion. Tjänsten kommer att vara fokuserad mot Gällivare och Kiruna. Du kommer att utgå ifrån hemmet med egen servicebil.


Ditt dagliga arbete Arbetet kommer i första hand vara inriktat mot gruvindustrin/processindustrin och tjänsten omfattar:
• Planering och utförande av servicearbeten och installationsarbeten
• Installation av smörjsystem och leverans av smörjprojekt
• Leverans och ledning av projekt på plats hos kund • Dessutom ingår att utveckla affärsmöjligheter, samt långsiktigt relationsbyggande med våra kunder


Vi tror att du som söker har…
• Erfarenhet av att arbeta som service/installationstekniker eller liknande
• Erfarenhet av rörmontage svetsning/bockning
• Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska, verbalt och skriftligt • Du är bekväm med att kommunicera på engelska
• Möjlighet att resa i jobbet, huvudsakligen i norra Sverige
• Förmåga att leda och planera ditt arbete
• Erfarenhet av elarbete är meriternade
• B-körkort

Meriternade kvalifikationer
• Erfarenhet av smörjning, smörjsystem, hydraulik, svetsning och/eller bockning av rör
• Erfarenhet av projektledning inom leverans och/eller sälj
• God datavana

Cyber Security Test Engineer
SKF is spearheading the green transition in the bearing business. Here in the north, we are developing and maintaining software, firmware, and hardware solutions for the industry in condition monitoring which aids the green transition. Our IoT solutions provide detailed health information and actionable insights about our customers’ machinery to foresee failures and prevent downtime. We are now combining our experience with the latest technology in our next big initiative to develop the next-generation condition monitoring ecosystem.


Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for protecting the organization’s products against cyber threats through the design and implementation of tests and by ensuring to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. You will achieve this by:
Designing and implementing cyber security test systems.
Perform cyber security testing as part of the product development cycle, i.e., penetration testing and vulnerability scans.
Conduct cyber security risk assessments on our products.
Perform security testing and investigations in the event of cyber security issues being detected with our products in the field.
Provide written records of cyber security test results and investigations to the organization.
Maintain test equipment and software used for security testing.
Develop procedures and best practices for security testing and train colleagues on their applications.



We expect you to have
A university degree, preferably in computer science, cyber security, or related field.
Proven experience as a cyber security engineer, test engineer, or similar role.
Knowledge and understanding of cyber security risks associated with digital product security and technologies.
Knowledge of test tools, technologies, and methods.
Experience in network security protocol, security architecture, and IP networking.
Experience in agile development.
No problem articulating yourself in English.
An openness for occasional travel if needed for specific activities.

Test Automation Engineer
As a Test Automation Engineer, you are part of the team that develops SKF condition monitoring products. These products are key enablers for SKF to deliver ‘Rotation as a Service’ and support our other offerings around the rotating shaft. You are responsible for ensuring that our Test frameworks and environment are robust throughout the whole lifecycle. To do so you will work closely with our development teams and provide them with design and test support. Test activities are related throughout the whole chain, from requirements to test reporting.

Design, implement, and maintain test cases, and test environments for embedded components and/or systems
Preparation and execution of manual and automated tests
Reproducing and diagnosing reported defects
Contribute to and work with the overall test/system architecture alongside the team
Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software engineers to ensure hardware, firmware, and system compatibility
Evaluation of modern technologies/tools for improving productivity and/or enhancing products
Developing smart/innovative solutions to give SKF the edge in the market
Possible Customer interfacing during the development


Travel may be required to support product development and test activities.
Requirements
University degree, preferably in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field
Self-motivated, strong drive and?action-oriented?mindset with a high sense of personal accountability
Good proficiency in the English language
Solid programming experience


We see it as beneficial if you have at least 3-5 years of experience working with tests of embedded systems, Digital signal processing, and/or electric measurement techniques. If you have knowledge in LabView, TestStand, Python programming, build and test automation with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery), and are accustomed to working in Agile development teams or other roles in Agile development teams then that’s a plus.

Certification Engineer

Key responsibilities
Own and manage the customer technical issues and any applicable complaints databases (Technical Error Reports, Delivery Error Reports, Vendor Conformance Complaints). This will involve working with internal engineers and suppliers to obtain true root causes and ensure corrective and preventive actions are performed and documented via tools like 8D and 5 Whys
Own and manage our supplier return to vendor process and drive suppliers to provide adequate and well performed Corrective and Preventative Actions
Take part in the quality activities relating to the supplier approval and ongoing evaluation process for new and existing suppliers
Assist the Quality Manager in collating the KPIs by managing spreadsheets, collating and presenting data
Follow-up of Standards and Directives

Requirements
University degree in Engineering or Quality Management or equivalent experience as a Quality Engineer
Qualified ISO9001 Internal auditor with an excellent working knowledge of ISO9001 within a design & manufacturing environment and proven experience as a Quality Engineer
Good supplier management and supplier auditing skills
Excellent proficiency in English


Experience with using Problem-Solving Tools such as DMAIC, PDCA, etc. is desirable, as is familiarity with processes such as FAI, PPAP, and APQP.

Mechanical Design Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer, you are part of the team that develops SKF:s condition monitoring products. Acting as the technical interface between external mechanical designers and the SKF engineering team
Assessing new mechanical designs for manufacturability, robustness, and compliance with SKF industrial design guidelines.
Updating and maintaining product data in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
Collaborating with hardware engineers to ensure compatibility between the mechanical enclosure and electronic hardware

We expect you to have/be
University degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or related field
Experience from using CAD tools, preferably Creo, to generate 2D and 3D drawings

Certification Engineer
As a Certification Engineer, you are part of the team that develops SKFs condition monitoring products. Key responsibilities


You take the products from engineering to series production.
Define and select manufacturing and integration processes for our electronic products to guarantee their robustness.
Define and implement all the tests and in-line controls to qualify the assembly reliability of the PCBA, sensors, enclosures & modules manufactured.
Involve yourself pro-actively in early development phases of projects, provide manufacturing requirements and establish the design recommendations in order to guaranty the feasibility in production.
Take the ownership for establishing and maintaining the manufacturability of our products, both internally and at subcontractors.
Establish and maintain efficient work cooperation with suppliers.
Strive for continuous improvement.



Job requirements


You have an educational background within Electronics Engineering, preferably a master’s degree.
You have significant experience in electronic industrialization and testing, preferably in an automotive, railway or aeronautical sector.
A technical expertise PCB / PCBA manufacturing processes is a strong asset.
Fluent in English writing and speaking is mandatory.



It would be beneficial if you also had experience with Quality tools, DFx, 6Sigma DfSS or DMAIC and Testing and Verification.


You have excellent interpersonal communication skills to develop extensive interactions with different internal teams as well as with external contacts. You are a communicative team player who is driven by the interaction of team members as well as stakeholders.

Som applikationsingenjör är du med och utvecklar vår affär och du hjälper och leder kunden rätt i sitt val av SKFs produkter och tjänster. Det innebär allt från att stödja vår tekniska kundsupport mot våra återförsäljare, till fördjupade analyser och beräkning av specifika applikationer för våra slutanvändare. Arbetet sker ofta i projekt som kunder driver i samarbete med SKF. En stor del av arbetet är också att stödja våra kontrakt innefattande Rotating Equipment Performance (REP). Inom REP fokuserar du på att bidra till att kunden ökar sina maskiners tillgänglighet genom att utreda-, föreslå- och genomföra förbättringar tillsammans med andra SKF kollegor/funktioner och kund. Du ingår i ett team med applikationsingenjörer som är specialister på sina olika industrier och produkter och som till huvudsak finns i Göteborg. Teamet besitter en stor kunskap och erfarenhet, där kunskapsdelning är en naturlig del i vår vardag. Dessutom arbetar vi nära våra kundteam bestående bland annat av säljare och kundservice. Ditt dagliga arbete
• Analysera och lösa tekniska frågeställningar för kund
• Ta fram tekniska förslag för kund
• Verifiera lagerarrangemang och tätningslösningar utifrån ett riskbaserat tänkande
