Group Leader Test Engineering
As a Group Leader for Test engineering you will be part of the team that build and execute verification on SKFs condition monitoring products. Our products fit into SKFs digitalization platform and you will be involved in the whole product lifecycle – from design, implementation, test and production to commercial deployment and maintenance.
Your day-to-day work
Line management for test team members
Develop competence within the test team
Provide plans and cost estimates for the team
Working towards increased test automation
Contribute to and work with the overall test/verification environment alongside the team to support an agile way of working
Adhere to and improve the test team’s Way of Working process
Travel may be required to support product development activities
We expect you to have/be
University degree, preferable in computer science, electrical engineering or related field
At least 3-5 years of experience working with integration, system verification and validation
Experience in CICD (Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery)
Experience in test automation
Work life experience from leadership-roles.
Fluency in English
It would be beneficial for you if you also had experience from electric measurement techniques, testing of embedded systems and working with Azure DevOps (previously VSTS). If you also have experience from working in Agile development/test teams or other roles in Agile teams, such as Scrum Master or Product Owner then that´s a major plus.
