Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT/DevOps professional to join our growing team. In this position, you will manage infrastructure projects and processes. Keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a solid knowledge base are essential.


Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with the US-based Field Engineering team to lead the design, build, documentation and automated deployment of BehavioSec’s product and 3rd-party software, as it relates to customer-facing demo and Proof-of-Concept infrastructure.
Work closely with the European-based Engineering team to perform common Development-Operations (DevOps) tasks, including the design, testing and implementation of build infrastructure and configuration management.
Automate operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with our security requirements.
Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning
Design, document, update, maintain, and monitor configuration standards and processes
Provide technical guidance and educate team members on development and operations
Monitor metrics and brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve development delivery



Requirements and Qualifications
Candidate must have necessary qualifications to work in the EU.
Candidate should be local to Luleå Sweden or be willing and able to travel there frequently to work face-to-face with the Engineering team.
Minimum 4 years’ previous experience in development and operations, infrastructure development or related IT, computer, or operations field
Strong knowledge of IT & DevOps best practices and procedures
Strong experience with open-source technologies including Linux-based infrastructures and cloud services like AWS.
Strong experience with databases such as My, Oracle.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Perl, Ruby, Python.
Experience with project management and workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, etc.
Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
Experience deploying SSO and MFA authentication infrastructure solutions a plus.
Good verbal and written grasp of English language
Good interpersonal skills and experience communicating with all levels of management
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Opportunity
This is a technical role, You’ll be a part of our Engineering team both as a creative and technical contributor and you will be building and performing tests to verify the QA of the behaviosense platform data.
What you’ll do
• Design specification, implementation and testing of behavioral biometrics software in mainly for financial institutions.
• Technical analysis, verification and validation of the software.
• Execution of code and architecture reviews to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
• Perform acceptance, functional, regression and exploratory testing on the BehavioSense platform. Take care of manual, automation tests and investigate production issues.
• Read remote system logs.
• Create test plans, test documentation and manuals.
• Commit pro-active approach within the team. Communicate and collaborate with colleagues within and outside of the Software Department to deliver best value.


• Ideally you have a B.S. and/or M.S. in a relevant field or experience in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of QA process and methodology.
• Automatization skills using high level programming languages.
• System administration skills.
• Experience with test management tools.
• Software engineering skills in a object oriented programming language

The Project Manager will manage key company projects. Responsibilities will include planning, monitoring and reporting on the project using industry-standard project management tools, sometimes pitching the idea of the project or being assigned to it once it’s already been approved. The project manager is the bridge between the executive team and the group tasked with execution of the project. They make sure the scope of the project is sound, reporting regularly on the progress of the project and that it is staying within the approved schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Meet with stakeholders to clarify specific requirements of each project
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to the executive team as needed
• Manage the ongoing relationship with all key project stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs


Requirements:
• 4+ years proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
