The Safety Manager is responsible for preventing and reducing employee illness and injury in business and job sites. As an EHS Manager, you will make sure that different workplaces meet safety and health requirements and then apply corrective measures as and when necessary. You will be site based working with the on-site employees to ensure all OSHA standards are followed. You create and implement programs such as company policies, safety rules, inspect working environments, identify hazards, make safety recommendations, investigate in cases of incidents/accidents, and implement post-injury follow up procedures for workers. You will be working at a construction facility for a new data center build, and might have to be in a construction trailer environment and at times working in the office facility.
. Inspecting and evaluating the work environment, processes, to ensure compliance with OSHA (local EHS) regulations and standards.
. Recommending changes to protect and educate workers on how to prevent health problems through the use of safety training programs.
. Reviewing and investigating accidents reports to identify root causes and find ways to prevent them in the future.
. Conducting project inspections, determining unsafe conditions, conducts weekly safety meetings at customer sites.
. Building a working relationship with General Contractors to ensure all safety measures are working properly.
. Maintaining day-to-day oversight of safety programs and compliance.
. Ensuring local standards and regulations are observed.
. Reviewing new standards, rules, and regulations to determine relevancy to the company's operations.
. Documenting and Communicating all RCAs, proactive prevention measures, training logs, KPIs, and reporting for both internal and client sharing requirements
. Your main goal is to protect the employees, customers, and the environment.
. Ability to detect and solve problems effectively.
. IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications or equivalent, or five (5) years of equivalent training and experience that provides a comprehensive understanding of occupational safety and health principles and practices may be substituted for a degree
. Proven track record of working in EH&S.
. Solid understanding of EHS, Worker's Compensation regulations
. Ability to provide leadership and education at all levels

The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager plays an important role in Black Box's data center deployment program by monitoring all phases of the project to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customer. The goal of this position, is to assure the high quality of our operations and services leading to the long-term success of our business. Some of the key responsibilities include, developing a Quality Assurance Plan to support the program, executing Quality Control (QC), and the development and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and enjoy providing end-to-end solutions to Infrastructure quality problems.

. Develop overall quality plan to support the data center rollout, including quality around technical delivery, logistics, inventory controls
. Develop and maintain Noncompliance Register
. Reviews requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
. Creates detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured installation and test plans.
. Estimates, prioritizes, plans, and coordinates quality control and testing activities.
. Designs, develops, and executes QA scheduled reports (e.g. defects, installation deficiencies, project timelines and project level QA measurements)
. Identifies, records, and documents thoroughly and tracks deficiencies and corrective actions.
. Performs thorough review of all testing documentation.
. Monitors and inspects all operations that affect quality to align with industry and customer standards.
. Facilitates communications with internal and external teams to identify system requirements, failures, and process improvements.
. Monitors corrective action process results.
. Investigates the causes of non-conforming products and trains users to implement QC solutions.
. Tracks quality assurance metrics, such as defects, marginal results, and project specific KPI's.
. Stays up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
. Maintains all testing documentation.
. Trains installers, where necessary, on testing methodologies.
. Assists Project Manager with reporting requirements.
. Develop Quality plans and run books.
. Oversee testing and installations

Qualifications:

. Certifications in QC is a strong advantage.
. RCDD and DCDC preferred

. Execute PMO standards, processes and methodologies in a consistent manner for construction planning and execution activities including the following:
. Construction planning fundamentals: initiating, planning, estimating, resourcing, scheduling and budgeting

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
Create and maintain master implementation schedule in Primavera P6 and calculate EVM metrics/impacts to the project milestones.
Will be responsible for Scheduling, forecasting, tracking, and reporting in Primavera 6, including but not limited to Project spend break downs and reports.
Collects, analyses, and summarizes data.
Tracks, maintains, and assists with metrics / metrics reports.
Locates, tracks and corrects any discrepancies in scheduling data.
Locates, tracks and corrects any risks to the schedules.
Develops and compiles reports for a variety of audiences.
Work with Construction Management and Project/Program Management to determine weekly inbound forecast and develop consumption models to improve accuracy.
Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides support for KPIs, time cards and other reporting requirements.
Schedule demand based on the product mix and provide accurate commitment dates to Project/Program team across multiple product lines.
Assemble master schedule reporting regarding performance to the business plan, the shipment plan, the inventory plan, and the implementation plan.
Establish reporting to determine labor and productivity performance statistics.
Engage in capacity management during sales and operations planning, master scheduling, materials requirements planning, and production activity control.
