The central programming languages you'd be working with are real-time C and C++, but you would also come across Java, Golang, Perl and Python. Common tools used are GIT, Eclipse, Jira, Gerrit and Jenkins. For simulation and modeling they work with Matlab and Octave.

Om tjänsten
Som Lead Operations Engineer kommer du att spela en viktig roll i DevOps-teamet bestående av nio personer, varav tre erfarna drifttekniker i Luleå. I och med denna rekrytering vill Generic ta nästa steg i sin driftsmiljö och där kommer du tillsammans med bolagets CTO spela en betydande roll. Du kommer att sätta upp såväl kortsiktiga som långsiktiga mål, analysera och leda förändrings- och förbättringsarbeten i driftmiljön samt se till att de uppnås. Du ska också utvärdera befintliga processer i datacentret för att sedan strukturera och automatisera dem. Du kommer fortfarande att ha en fot kvar i tekniken och vara en del av den dagliga driften.
