Transformer Service är en affärsenhet inom Hitachi Energy som servar och installerar krafttransformatorer, reaktorer och transformatorkomponenter.
Ta chansen att bli Service Technician på Transformers Service i Luleå. I den rollen kommer du utveckla servicemarknaden för transformatorer i norra Sverige. Det är ett mycket självständigt arbete där dina närmaste kollegor är utspridda över hela landet. Huvudsaklig arbetsplats är ute hos kunder men det kan förekomma resor över hela Sverige. Självklart får du mycket support från Ludvika.

Ansvarsområden
Du ger förstklassig och professionell service, antingen på distans eller på plats, inom nyckelområden som oljefyllda och torrisolerade transformatorer och tillbehör, tex lindningskopplare
Fältprovning, oljeprovtagning och elektrisk mätning
Du överträffar kundens förväntningar genom att förstå och förutse nuvarande och framtida behov.
Du felsöker eventuella fel på utrustningen och vidtar åtgärder i förebyggande syfte för att förhindra fel samt informerar interna partner.
Du samordnar logistiken med resurser och reservdelar för alla servicejobb på plats.
Du identifierar och utvecklar potentiella sälj- och affärsmöjligheter baserat på din kunskap om kunderna och ditt samarbete inom Hitachi Energy.
Du föreslår produkt- och processförbättringar inom verksamheten för att öka kundservicen och förbättra arbetet.
Du är kundorienterad och stolt över att leverera med kvalitet och med högt fokus på säkerhet
Du har goda kunskaper att prata och skriva i engelska

Din bakgrund profil
Du har erfarenhet av transformatorer och reaktorer samt ev branchutbildningar
Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av att resa och jobba självständigt samt med flexibla arbetstider
Körkort B är ett minimumkrav, BE är en fördel
Du har erfarenhet av att jobba i grupp och gärna i en ledande roll
Din personlighet gör att du är driven och nyfiken samt tar personligt ansvar för ditt arbete
Du är kundorienterad och vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenheter av marknadsarbete
Du har en hög integritet och ett högt säkerhets fokus
Du har goda engelska kunskaper i både tal och skrift

Your responsibilities
As an Account Manager you will be part of a sales team and have a clear customer responsibility in your region, which includes overall responsibility for marketing, sales and budget for your costumers
Have a high ability to create and develop customer relationships is an essential part of your role, which requires a very high level of social competence to succeed
Help drive the customer voices into our organization
Lead the account team in clarification meetings and negotiations
Lead customer meetings and propose suitable technical solutions
Have a high focus on customer care commitment and responsiveness
Include technical involvement for example digital solutions and new applications
Have a service perspective with long term commitment to help our customers

Your background
To succeed in this role, you have minimum 2years’ experience in sales with industry customers
It is an advantage if you hold a University Degree in Engineering
