An excellent job opportunity for a BIM Engineer. This will be working for an established construction business who has project across the Norbotten and support the delivery of a various signature projects from residential, commercial and data centers.
Your tasks?
· Understanding the contractual obligations in the delivery of the design and project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) on a project-by-project basis
· Working across multiple projects to provide the role of a BIM and digital engineering
· Acting as the project information with implementation of project standards, methods, and procedures in accordance with PAS1192-2:2013 and other standards (ISO 19560 Part 1 & 2: 2018)
· Ensuring all correct BIM documentation on projects are in line with business expectations
Your qualities
You have at least 5 years’ experience working in Civils/infrastructure projects. You have essential knowledge in BIM and related technologies.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and will provide support to strong, motivated teams. You are hardworking and willing to work more than normal hours if needed.
Proven experience and skills using modeling BIM federation tools and data analysis tools i.e., Revit, Navisworks Manage, Tekla Structures, corona, Lumion, Enscape, 3Dvista or matterport, Bentley, MicroStation and BIM 360.
Key responsibilities will also include
Establishing and setting up of new project models in accordance with project standards
Supporting the TITAN BIM team in providing REVIT training
Collaborating with senior staff to assist in defining deliverables schedules
Assisting in the development and maintenance of MEP content libraries
Modelling a range of services including but limited to mechanical pipework, ventilation, lighting, power, containment and drainage
Coordinating services using REVIT and Navisworks
Auditing compliance with BIM standards and procedures
Collating and assessing projects BIM Procedures, making recommendations for use on further projects
Conducting reviews of existing projects and providing recommendations to the project team and establishing and maintain best practice procedures and collaboration
Managing the delivery of own projects and supporting other project teams/offices with modelling and reviews
Configuring and administering Common Data Environments (BIM 360 Collaboration)
Identifying, supporting and maximizing the efficiency of the project team through the use of information technology tools and methods
Supporting large or complex projects by acting as Information Manager
Developing and engaging with the wider TITAN BIM community to ensure effective work flow processes, continual improvement efficiencies and skill development



The successful candidate will have
Have at least 5 years’ experience working in Civils/infrastructure project, min 3 years’ relevant experience of MEP Building Information Management on a variety of design and construction projects, including use of PAS/ISO suite of standards
Extensive knowledge of MEP / multi-discipline coordination
Advanced user in the production of Revit MEP models
Sound knowledge and experience of producing and implementing BIM execution plans
Advanced user of Navisworks Manage and able to conduct visual audits and clash detection reports
Extensive knowledge of a variety of BIM tools; Autodesk REVIT, Navisworks, Tekla Structure and BIM 360
Desirable experience of Information Management, Records Management of document control
Client focused, with exceptional relationship management experience
Results orientated individual with proficient reporting skills both to management and clients
Ability to document maps and correspondence on a regular basis
Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing skills, and ability to resolve conflict

Job Description – Construction Manager
To Manage Construction teams on each of the Titan Konstruktion’s international projects in Sweden including provision of full support to Operations Manager, Project Teams & Commercial Manager on all Contracts and construction related functions including, but not limited to the following:

· Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
· Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
· Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
· Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
· Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
· Meet contractual conditions of performance
· Review the work progress on daily basis
· Ensure compliance with Contract Program/Schedule
· Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
· Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
· Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
· Annalise, manage and mitigate risks
· Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
· Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
· Ensure that all contracts are administered correctly, inclusive of notices and contractual letters where required to mitigate risk to Titan Konstruktion.
· Good communication skills at all levels, internal and external

About you
We are looking for you who have completed Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years of work experience. Previous leadership experience and personnel responsibilities are a requirement. Experience from our industry or related industries is an advantage.
You have documented and / or good references of work with personnel management, planning and logistics. You are a daily IT user with good knowledge of the Office package and have an easy time learning new systems.
You have to be familiar with the international codes, standards, regulations & procedures, quality, cost and safety. We require excellent time and project management skills and the ability to analyse, manage, and mitigate risks.

In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
