We’re currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the document management of the project contractors. High School, Associate or Bachelor degree and 1-3 years of Professional experience. Have understanding and experience with of document management methodologies and tools.


Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to the Document Manager by assisting with all communication and documentation activities required throughout the project lifecycle. This includes organizing, tracking, and distributing project documents, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, and facilitating smooth information flow between project stakeholders.
Use of dedicated software like ACONEX and MS SharePoint to upload, distribute, and track documents.
Version Control: Ensuring that only the latest versions of documents are in circulation and that obsolete versions are archived properly.
Document Review Coordination: Managing the flow of documents for review, approval, and comments among internal teams and external stakeholders.
Compliance and Quality Checks: Verifying that documents meet formatting, naming, and content standards before distribution.
Access Control: Managing permissions and ensuring that only authorized personnel can access sensitive or restricted documents.
Communication and Coordination: Acting as a liaison between project teams, contractors, and clients regarding document-related issues.


Requirements and skills?Academic Background: High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Document Management, such as Office Administration, Business Studies,


Information Technology, Library Science, Computer Information Systems, or Records Management.
Experience of 1-3 years as Document Manager or Document Manager assitant.
Experience with ACONEX, MS SHAREPOINT, MS WORD, MS EXCEL
Experience in Document Management for medium-large scale EPC/EPCM/PMC projects.
